Subscription & billing

My subscription isn't working!

First, try Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with. This fixes most cases after a reinstall or device change.

If premium still isn't active, check that the subscription is showing under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the email tied to your Apple Account and we'll sort it out.
