The Screen Time permission is what allows LangLocker to lock other apps. Without it, iOS won't let any app block another, so app blocking simply can't work.
This permission only lets us show a lock screen for the apps you choose. It does not give us access to your usage history, messages or activity in those apps. If you skipped it, enable it again under Settings → Screen Time.
